We do our utmost to ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed on workdays before 13:00 will be shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
Orders over 50 euros are shipped for free!*
For frozen items, a shipping rate of 17.50 euros applies
If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course ALWAYS inform you as soon as possible.
We ship via the parcel carrier DPD or PostNL. As soon as we have transferred your package to the carrier, you will receive a link with a Track & Trace number from the parcel company with which you can track the package yourself.
If you are not at home when the package is delivered, your package will be offered again the next day (depending on the postal company) or it will be delivered to your neighbors or you can pick it up a day later at the pick-up location. You will then find a note in the mailbox with more information.
Delivery times of the parcel carrier for indication:
Within the Netherlands: 1 to 2 days
Outside the Netherlands: 3 to 5 days
Delivery delays can always occur, so always check the current status of your order using the tracking code you received by email.
