I accidentally entered incorrect information when ordering, what now?

If you have not yet confirmed your order, go back a step in the ordering process and adjust the incorrect data. If you have already placed your order. Send us a message via the contact form, we will adjust your data as soon as possible.


I have not received a confirmation email, what is wrong?

Our webshop will automatically send you an email with the order overview immediately after your order has been confirmed. If you do not receive this, this usually indicates an incorrectly filled in email address. Please let us know by email. We can then send you a copy of your order. Always check your spam. The confirmation email may be there.


I ordered something but on closer inspection I want to cancel it. What now?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging must be returned to us. To make use of this right, you can contact us via the contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good condition.


I have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Did you accidentally provide an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.


I would like to receive a VAT invoice, is that possible?

All our prices are including VAT and excluding any shipping costs. Companies that want to receive a VAT invoice can submit this request by email. They will receive a specified VAT invoice (PDF) within five working days if the company name and VAT number have been provided to us. Our email address is info@doggiesunited.com. We aim to answer emails within 24 hours.


I don't see a store quality mark, is it safe to order? 

As an entrepreneur it is not always advantageous to apply for a quality mark, there are costs involved. For that reason our company, Doggies United, does not yet have a shop quality mark. Our data can be requested, use the contact form for this. Of course you can also contact us by email or via whatssap.


My received item is not in plastic packaging, how is that possible?

As an entrepreneur it is important to be socially aware. Plastic packaging is unnecessary, after all it is already in a box when it is sent. All our items are new. Most of our items are packed in cardboard or with a ribbon, this is better for the environment!


My item is taking longer to arrive than promised, how is that possible?

As a small independent entrepreneur it is important not to have too many products in stock, so we have made production agreements with some of our suppliers. The articles are only made when they are ordered via our website. The delivery time is then a maximum of 28 days. You will automatically receive a message about this.


Do you work with drop shipping?

The answer to this is no. We always ship our items via DPD or PostNL, from the Netherlands. Your items are carefully packed in a sturdy box or (plastic) envelope and we use a Dutch return address. So you can easily and reliably order your items in our webshop. We have made agreements with some suppliers about the production sizes and ordering method. In this way we have less stock and we can offer our items to you for a good price.


I received a payment reminder, but I returned my item(s), how is this possible?

How annoying that you receive a payment reminder! Did you register the items via our contact form, by e-mail or enclosed the packing slip? Because only in this way can returns be processed properly. Our system requires a pre-registration with order number to be able to process the returns properly. But don't worry, we always keep the items and the accompanying box with tracking information for six months as standard. So contact us by e-mail or Whatsapp if you have any questions about the status of your return.


Do you have a license to sell veterinary medicines?

If you offer and sell veterinary medicines via a webshop in the Netherlands, you must be included in the Register of Internet Trade in Veterinary Medicines. This applies to both over-the-counter veterinary medicines and prescription veterinary medicines of the URA category. This obligation has existed since 28 January 2022 and is based on the new Veterinary Medicines Regulation. Doggies United has registered in this register and is therefore legally allowed to sell these articles, more information can be found here .
